Ponzi Wine Dinner
For this event, we welcome Max Bruening, the new winemaker at Ponzi Vineyards. We are excited to pair our food with the wines of this historic estate!
In 2021, Bollinger purchased the winery and started a new chapter for the family. Nothing has changed; The wines still speak to the history of the vineyard and the vision is surviving as Bollinger is also family-owned.
We will start with the Bollinger Brut Special Cuvee, then we will pour the following wines from Ponzi:
